1.- Melia Hotels International, S.A. will facilitate the USER with high speed Internet access.
2.- The prices for the iRoom Service Agreement are established on the corresponding access page or voucher.
3.- Melia Hotels International, S.A. will not assume any responsibility regarding, trustworthiness, usefulness, exactness nor contents included in Web pages connected by the USER, which belong to independent companies with no association or relation whatever with Melia Hotels International, S.A. (excluding the web page www.melia.com)
4.- In spite of carrying out all the necessary technical and orderliness efforts, Melia Hotels International, S.A. does not guarantee constant, reliable or permanent service without delays or interruptions, for which Melia Hotels International, S.A. will not be held responsible for possible damages caused to the USER or other third parties as also for any act of God, fortuitous case, fault or error in the communication lines.
5.- Melia Hotels International, S.A. will not be held responsible for damages caused to any third party for the fraudulent use of financial data without the consent of the USER who contracts the iRoom service granted by Melia Hotels International, S.A.
6.- The USER agrees and will use the iRoom Service granted by Melia Hotels International, S.A. abstaining from incurrence in any illegal acts and/or omissions and/or supposing any type of damage and/or misfortune towards Melia Hotels International, S.A. or third parties and/or the rest of USERS or that cause any damage and/or violation of the system or infrastructure of Melia Hotels International, S.A. or the security system. In which case Melia Hotels International, S.A. will be exempt from all responsibilities.
7.- The USER will be held responsible for all damages and misfortune caused by negligence or fault cause to Melia Hotels International, S.A. and/or HOTEL complying this present contract.
8.- The Parties, expressly renouncing any other legal forum which may correspond to them, agree that all contentious matters or disagreements relating to the existence, validity, interpretation, scope, content, execution, suspension or termination of the Contract will be resolved by the judges and courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
